Fraud reporting notice. Ormonde investigates every report of suspected insurance fraud regardless of source. You do not need to be certain or give your name. We do not retaliate against anyone who reports a concern and may not be able to tell you the outcome of a referral. Every report is logged, reviewed by our Fraud Point of Contact and, if we believe fraud is being committed, referred to the relevant state regulator’s insurance fraud division or law enforcement.
